How to Export Your Delicious Bookmarks

As you may know by now, Yahoo has confirmed that they are shutting down Delicious, one of the early social bookmarking sites.  If you are one of the few like me who still used it, you can export your bookmarks into an HTML file by doing the following:

1. Go to delicious.com

2. Login

3. Click “Settings” in the top right.

4. Under the “Bookmarks” section, click “Export/Backup Bookmarks”

5. Choose the settings you want and click “Export”.

It will give you an HTML file to download directly to your computer, and you can start looking for a new social bookmarking site.
